| CVE-2026-12892 | 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Project, Redhat | 4 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Plugin, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-11-05 | 4.4 Medium |
| A flaw was found in GStreamer's gst-plugins-bad package. When processing a specially crafted H.264 video file containing malformed MVC or SVC extension slice NAL units, a 1-byte heap out-of-bounds read can occur during parsing. This happens when the parser attempts to check slice boundary information without first verifying that the NAL unit contains enough data beyond the extension header. An attacker could exploit this by tricking a user into opening a malicious H.264 video file, potentially causing the application to crash or leak a single byte of heap memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12891 | 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Project, Redhat | 3 Gstreamer, Gstreamer Plugin, Enterprise Linux | 2026-11-05 | 4.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the GStreamer gst-plugins-bad package. When processing a malformed H.266/VVC video stream with a crafted aspect ratio indicator value, the H.266 parser performs an out-of-bounds read of up to 8 bytes from adjacent memory. This flaw allows an attacker to craft a malicious H.266 video file or stream that, when processed by a GStreamer-based application, could leak limited memory contents through video metadata, potentially exposing sensitive information from the application's address space. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12725 | 3 Dnsmasq, Redhat, Thekelleys | 6 Dnsmasq, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 3 more | 2026-11-05 | 5.9 Medium |
| A heap-based buffer overflow was found in dnsmasq. When DNSSEC validation and query logging are both enabled, logging of DS or DNSKEY replies containing unsupported algorithm or digest types can cause dnsmasq to write past the end of an internal logging buffer. A remote attacker able to supply such a DNS response may crash the dnsmasq process, resulting in denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-12478 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els | 2026-11-05 | 4.8 Medium |
| The fix for CVE-2026-0716 (commit 6ff7ef0, libsoup 3.6.6) placed the integer overflow guard inside the if (masked) block, leaving unmasked server-to-client frames unprotected. A malicious WebSocket server can send a crafted unmasked frame with a payload length near UINT64_MAX to trigger an OOB read in a libsoup-based client when max_incoming_payload_size is set to 0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16473 | 2 Redhat, Sbc | 3 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els, Sbc | 2026-11-05 | 4.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the sbc library (BlueZ SBC codec). An off-by-one error in the SBC frame decoder allows a crafted audio payload to trigger a one-byte heap out-of-bounds read. This could allow an adjacent attacker streaming Bluetooth audio to read a single byte of adjacent heap memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16461 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| A stack-based buffer overflow was found in rpcbind's rpcinfo utility. In rpcbdump() short mode (used by `rpcinfo -s`), version numbers from a remote RPCBPROC_DUMP reply are written into a fixed-size stack buffer without bounds checking. A user or administrator who runs `rpcinfo -s` against a malicious or compromised rpcbind endpoint could experience a crash or denial of service of the rpcinfo client. | ||||
| CVE-2026-70659 | 1 Leejet | 1 Stable-diffusion.cpp | 2026-11-05 | 7.8 High |
| stable-diffusion.cpp is a pure C/C++ library for running diffusion model (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Wan, Qwen Image, Z-Image, and more) inference. From master-742-1a13107 until master-763-4fcc6fe, IMatrixCollector::load_imatrix in src/runtime/imatrix.cpp reuses the values and counts vectors for entries with the same tensor name but resizes them only when they are empty. An untrusted .imatrix file can provide a small nval for the first entry and a larger nval for a second entry with the same name, causing the accumulation loop to write attacker-controlled floating-point and integer values beyond both heap buffers. Loading the file through the --imat-in conversion path can corrupt the heap or crash the process before a model is required. This issue is fixed in master-763-4fcc6fe. | ||||
| CVE-2026-70660 | 1 Leejet | 1 Stable-diffusion.cpp | 2026-11-05 | 7.1 High |
| stable-diffusion.cpp is a pure C/C++ library for running diffusion model (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Wan, Qwen Image, Z-Image, and more) inference. Prior to master-764-e22272e, the safetensors loader in src/model_io/safetensors_io.cpp trusts each tensor's data_offsets after checking only that nbytes equals end - begin. A crafted .safetensors file can declare a byte range beyond the file's data section, causing src/model_loader.cpp to consume an attacker-chosen length from an unchecked mapped-file offset. Loading the model can read adjacent process memory into tensor buffers or crash the process. This issue is fixed in master-764-e22272e. | ||||
| CVE-2026-16277 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| A stack-based buffer overflow was found in rpcbind's rpcinfo utility. When querying a remote rpcbind service with `rpcinfo -l`, address information returned by the server is copied into a fixed-size buffer without sufficient bounds checking. A malicious or compromised rpcbind server could use this flaw to crash the rpcinfo client, resulting in a denial of service. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to system availability. | ||||
| CVE-2026-15714 | 2 Libsoup, Redhat | 3 Libsoup, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| An out-of-bounds read vulnerability was found in libsoup's multipart processing subsystem. The flaw exists in the soup_multipart_input_stream_read_headers() function inside soup-multipart-input-stream.c, which does not adequately restrict or validate the size of incoming multipart boundary strings. When processing a crafted HTTP response containing a malformed or oversized boundary parameter, the internal stream reader reads past the allocated buffer bounds. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can exploit this behavior to cause a service denial (DoS) through application failure or potentially read fragments of unauthorized memory metadata. | ||||
| CVE-2026-15370 | 2 Libssh, Redhat | 12 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux For Els and 9 more | 2026-11-05 | 6.7 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libssh. During SFTP server directory listing, the longname field is constructed with unsafe concatenation into a fixed-size stack buffer. When a client causes the server to list attacker-controlled filenames, sufficiently long names can overflow that stack buffer and may lead to crashes or possible code execution on the server. | ||||
| CVE-2026-14940 | 1 Redhat | 4 389 Directory Server, Directory Server, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-11-05 | 5.3 Medium |
| A heap-buffer-overflow flaw was found in 389 Directory Server (389-ds-base). When normalizing a Distinguished Name (DN) that contains a legacy-quoted value encoding a multivalued nested Relative Distinguished Name (RDN), the server can write past the end of a heap allocation while sorting RDN attribute-value pairs. An unauthenticated remote attacker can trigger this condition by sending an LDAP operation whose DN reaches the DN normalization routine, such as a search with a crafted base DN. This can corrupt heap memory and may cause denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114038 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 5 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 2 more | 2026-11-05 | 5.1 Medium |
| A flaw was found in device-mapper-multipath. A local user can trigger an out-of-bounds read by sending a command with a format string ending in a trailing percent character to the multipath daemon. This issue can allow the user to expose unintended daemon memory, leading to information disclosure, or cause the daemon to crash, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS). | ||||
| CVE-2026-111555 | 2 Luksmeta, Redhat | 5 Luksmeta, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 2 more | 2026-11-05 | 6 Medium |
| A flaw was found in luksmeta. Improper boundary validation of metadata slots allows an attacker capable of supplying or modifying a disk header to redirect wipe or load operations outside the intended metadata area. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by providing a crafted header with valid checksums to overwrite or zero out encrypted payload data, resulting in persistent data loss and corrupted storage. Exploitation typically requires privileged access to modify raw block devices or the ability to induce an administrator to process an untrusted disk image. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115486 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els | 2026-11-05 | 7.1 High |
| A flaw was found in the iscsiuio component of open-iscsi. The IPv6 Neighbor Discovery handler accesses link-layer address options at a fixed offset without verifying the packet contains them. Additionally, the ARP table is updated unconditionally with attacker-controlled addresses from the packet headers. An attacker on the same network segment can send a minimal Neighbor Advertisement to poison the ARP table and redirect network traffic. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115485 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els | 2026-11-05 | 6.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the iscsiuio component of open-iscsi. The DHCPv6 option parser calls strlen() on raw network data without ensuring a NUL terminator is present, causing it to read past the buffer into heap memory. This can result in a daemon crash, a 1-byte heap overwrite, or corruption of the iSCSI initiator name. An attacker on the same network segment can trigger this by sending a crafted DHCPv6 Advertise message. | ||||
| CVE-2026-115484 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els | 2026-11-05 | 7.6 High |
| A flaw was found in the iscsiuio component of open-iscsi. The DHCPv4 option parser incorrectly calculates the length of the options data, causing it to read beyond the allocated buffer into adjacent heap memory. An attacker on the same network segment can send a crafted DHCP response to crash the daemon or corrupt its network configuration. | ||||
| CVE-2026-11884 | 1 Redhat | 4 Directory Server, Enterprise Linux, Redhat Directory Server and 1 more | 2026-11-05 | 6.5 Medium |
| A heap buffer overflow flaw was found in 389 Directory Server. When serializing objectclass definitions, the oc_superior (SUP) field length is omitted from buffer size calculations in read_schema_dse() and schema_oc_to_string(), but the field is still written via strcat(). An attacker with Directory Manager privileges, or a compromised replication supplier, can trigger a server crash by creating objectclasses with long SUP values. This is an incomplete fix variant of CVE-2025-14905. | ||||
| CVE-2026-11787 | 1 Redhat | 5 389 Directory Server, Directory Server, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2026-11-05 | 5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in 389 Directory Server. The ldap_utf8prev() function reads bytes before the start of a buffer without bounds checking, causing a heap buffer over-read in string filter parsing that may influence internal filter processing behavior. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110133 | 3 Ghostscript, Red Hat, Redhat | 4 Ghostscript, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux and 1 more | 2026-11-05 | 5.8 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Ghostscript. When processing a specially crafted TrueType font or document embedding one, an accounting error during font rendering can bypass buffer size checks, triggering a heap-based buffer overflow. A remote attacker could exploit this by enticing a victim or automated service to open the malicious content, potentially resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) crash or arbitrary code execution. | ||||
