A vulnerability was found in PostgreSQL with the use of the MERGE command, which fails to test new rows against row security policies defined for UPDATE and SELECT. If UPDATE and SELECT policies forbid some rows that INSERT policies do not forbid, a user could store such rows.
CVE-2026-123776 2026-11-07 N/A
RRD::CGI::Image versions through 0.01 for Perl pass CGI query parameters containting "tz" to tzset(), , so a FIFO or device path blocks the CGI process. The normalize_params method sends any query key matching /tz/i to tz(), which sets $ENV{TZ} to that value, with no validation. It then calls tzset(). glibc treats a TZ value starting with / or : as a file path and opens it, so a value naming a FIFO or a blocking device stalls the process inside tzset().
CVE-2026-123958 1 Totolink 2 Ca300-poe, Ca300-poe Firmware 2026-11-07 9.9 Critical
A vulnerability was identified in TOTOLINK CA300-PoE 6.2c.884. The affected element is the function setLanConfig of the file /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi. Such manipulation of the argument lanDns/lanSecDns/langType leads to buffer overflow. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used.
CVE-2023-4273 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more 13 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 10 more 2026-11-07 6 Medium
A flaw was found in the exFAT driver of the Linux kernel. The vulnerability exists in the implementation of the file name reconstruction function, which is responsible for reading file name entries from a directory index and merging file name parts belonging to one file into a single long file name. Since the file name characters are copied into a stack variable, a local privileged attacker could use this flaw to overflow the kernel stack.
CVE-2023-4911 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more 52 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 49 more 2026-11-07 7.8 High
A buffer overflow was discovered in the GNU C Library's dynamic loader ld.so while processing the GLIBC_TUNABLES environment variable. This issue could allow a local attacker to use maliciously crafted GLIBC_TUNABLES environment variables when launching binaries with SUID permission to execute code with elevated privileges.
CVE-2023-4693 2 Gnu, Redhat 3 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els 2026-11-07 5.3 Medium
An out-of-bounds read flaw was found on grub2's NTFS filesystem driver. This issue may allow a physically present attacker to present a specially crafted NTFS file system image to read arbitrary memory locations. A successful attack allows sensitive data cached in memory or EFI variable values to be leaked, presenting a high Confidentiality risk.
CVE-2023-43789 3 Fedoraproject, Libxpm Project, Redhat 4 Fedora, Libxpm, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-07 5.5 Medium
A vulnerability was found in libXpm where a vulnerability exists due to a boundary condition, a local user can trigger an out-of-bounds read error and read contents of memory on the system.
CVE-2023-43787 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, X.org 4 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els and 1 more 2026-11-07 7.8 High
A vulnerability was found in libX11 due to an integer overflow within the XCreateImage() function. This flaw allows a local user to trigger an integer overflow and execute arbitrary code with elevated privileges.
CVE-2023-43785 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, X.org 4 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Els and 1 more 2026-11-07 6.5 Medium
A vulnerability was found in libX11 due to a boundary condition within the _XkbReadKeySyms() function. This flaw allows a local user to trigger an out-of-bounds read error and read the contents of memory on the system.
CVE-2023-39192 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 4 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-07 6.7 Medium
A flaw was found in the Netfilter subsystem in the Linux kernel. The xt_u32 module did not validate the fields in the xt_u32 structure. This flaw allows a local privileged attacker to trigger an out-of-bounds read by setting the size fields with a value beyond the array boundaries, leading to a crash or information disclosure.
CVE-2023-39193 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 4 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-07 6.1 Medium
A flaw was found in the Netfilter subsystem in the Linux kernel. The sctp_mt_check did not validate the flag_count field. This flaw allows a local privileged (CAP_NET_ADMIN) attacker to trigger an out-of-bounds read, leading to a crash or information disclosure.
CVE-2023-39194 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 4 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-07 3.2 Low
A flaw was found in the XFRM subsystem in the Linux kernel. The specific flaw exists within the processing of state filters, which can result in a read past the end of an allocated buffer. This flaw allows a local privileged (CAP_NET_ADMIN) attacker to trigger an out-of-bounds read, potentially leading to an information disclosure.
CVE-2023-39189 3 Fedoraproject, Linux, Redhat 4 Fedora, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 1 more 2026-11-07 5.1 Medium
A flaw was found in the Netfilter subsystem in the Linux kernel. The nfnl_osf_add_callback function did not validate the user mode controlled opt_num field. This flaw allows a local privileged (CAP_NET_ADMIN) attacker to trigger an out-of-bounds read, leading to a crash or information disclosure.
CVE-2023-38559 4 Artifex, Debian, Fedoraproject and 1 more 5 Ghostscript, Debian Linux, Fedora and 2 more 2026-11-07 5.5 Medium
A buffer overflow flaw was found in base/gdevdevn.c:1973 in devn_pcx_write_rle() in ghostscript. This issue may allow a local attacker to cause a denial of service via outputting a crafted PDF file for a DEVN device with gs.
CVE-2023-38252 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Tats 5 Extra Packages For Enterprise Linux, Fedora, Enterprise Linux and 2 more 2026-11-07 4.7 Medium
