CVSS v3.1 |
JupyterLab Desktop is the cross-platform desktop application for JupyterLab. Prior to 4.6.2-1, JupyterLab Desktop for macOS shipped with Electron's RunAsNode fuse enabled, allowing ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE to execute arbitrary Node.js code in the application process. An attacker who can already execute code as the current user can therefore run code in JupyterLab Desktop's context and inherit TCC permissions previously granted to the application, including access to protected Documents, Desktop, or Downloads folders without another macOS prompt. Exploitation requires existing local code execution and prior TCC grants; it does not provide initial or remote code execution. Windows and Linux are not affected. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.6.2-1.
JupyterLab Desktop is the cross-platform desktop application for JupyterLab. Prior to 4.6.2-1, JupyterLab Desktop for macOS declared the com.apple.security.cs.allow-dyld-environment-variables entitlement, allowing the dynamic linker to honor DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES despite the hardened runtime. An attacker who can already execute code as the current user can load an arbitrary dynamic library into the JupyterLab Desktop process and inherit TCC permissions previously granted to the application, including access to protected Documents, Desktop, or Downloads folders without another macOS prompt. Exploitation requires existing local code execution and prior TCC grants; it does not provide initial or remote code execution. Windows and Linux are not affected. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.6.2-1.
There was a regression in how FIPS algorithms were enforced for the hashlib module. Only users that are using OpenSSL in FIPS mode are affected. Only Python 3.14.10 is affected, all other Python versions are unaffected.
In multiple locations, there is a possible denial of service due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to remote denial of service with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In multiple functions of SaveUi.java, there is a possible bypass of package installation requirements due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In multiple functions of MediaCarouselController.kt, there is a possible way for media to show up after disablement due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In handleMessage of UsbDeviceManager.java, there is a possible lock-screen bypass due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to physical information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In multiple locations, there is a possible way to share files across profiles due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In onStrongAuthRequiredChanged of UsbService.java, there is a possible unauthenticated enabling of USB data due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to physical escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
A flaw was found in the training-operator. An incorrect object casting in the PyTorchJob ValidateUpdate webhook allows users to bypass an immutability check. This vulnerability could enable users to detach a queued job from its quota management system or hijack a running job's controller ownership. The primary impact is a Denial of Service (DoS) condition.
A parsing issue in the handling of directory paths was addressed with improved path validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. An app may be able to gain root privileges.
| Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Apache Sling Engine. Content-Type, charset, and redirect changes from an included component evade the protectheaders / checkcontenttype enforcement through setHeader(), repeated calls to setContentType(), the charset APIs, Servlet 6.1 redirect overloads, and stale config - enabling stored XSS despite enabled protections.
This issue affects Apache Sling Engine before 3.0.4.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.0.4, which fixes the issue. |
This issue was addressed with improved access restrictions. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. An app may be able to bypass sandbox restrictions.
Mitigation bypass in the DOM: Push Subscriptions component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 159, Firefox ESR 153.6, Thunderbird 159, and Thunderbird 153.6.
A logic issue was addressed with improved checks. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. An app may be able to gain root privileges.
In performPreInstallChecks of InstallRepository.kt, there is a possible way to bypass MDM policy due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In multiple functions of KeyguardViewMediator.java, there is a possible lockscreen bypass due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In bta_jv_rfcomm_connect of bta_jv_act.cc, there is a possible bypass of bonding for a secure connection due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In onChange of BiometricService.java, there is a possible way to enable fingerprint unlock due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
In enableSystemPackageLPw of Settings.java, there is a possible way to prevent location access from working due to a logic error in the code. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
