CVSS v3.1 |
| JupyterLab Desktop is the cross-platform desktop application for JupyterLab. Prior to 4.6.2-1, JupyterLab Desktop exposed getServerInfo to the renderer without confirming that the current page still had the local Jupyter server origin. In a local managed session using JupyterLab before 4.4.8, an attacker can place a crafted MathJax link in an untrusted notebook. If a victim opens the notebook and clicks the link, the existing renderer navigates to an attacker-controlled site while retaining access to the preload bridge. The site can call getServerInfo to obtain the local server URL and authentication token, then use the Jupyter REST API to create and trust a notebook that executes arbitrary code as the victim. Users whose environment already uses JupyterLab 4.4.8 or later are unaffected because the corrected link handling breaks the first step of the chain. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.6.2-1. |
| HCL AION is affected by an open redirect vulnerability in the navigation bar of the GenAI web interface (Navbar component). The switch-version action redirected the browser to a dynamically constructed URL (window origin + '/workspace') without validating the redirect destination. This may be used in phishing attacks, potentially resulting in unintended behavior or security impact under certain conditions. |
| HCL AION is affected by an open redirect vulnerability on the role assignment pending page (RoleAssignPending component). The redirect to the login page used a URL taken from build configuration (NEXT_PUBLIC_LOGIN_URL) without validating the redirect destination. This may be used in phishing attacks, potentially resulting in unintended behavior or security impact under certain conditions. |
| HCL AION is affected by an open redirect vulnerability on the user registration page (Signup component). The redirect performed after registration used the value of the 'redirect' query parameter without validation, so a crafted registration link could send a user to an untrusted external site. This may be used in phishing attacks, potentially resulting in unintended behavior or security impact under certain conditions. |
| HCL AION is affected by an open redirect vulnerability in the session-handling logic of the GenAI web interface (UserContext component, line 78). The redirect to the login page used a URL taken from build configuration (NEXT_PUBLIC_LOGIN_URL) without validating the redirect destination. This may be used in phishing attacks, potentially resulting in unintended behavior or security impact under certain conditions. |
| HCL AION is affected by an open redirect vulnerability in the session-handling logic of the GenAI web interface (UserContext component, line 89). A second redirect to the login page in this component used a URL taken from build configuration (NEXT_PUBLIC_LOGIN_URL) without validating the redirect destination. This may be used in phishing attacks, potentially resulting in unintended behavior or security impact under certain conditions. |
| HCL AION is affected by an open redirect vulnerability in the user menu of the GenAI web interface (UserMenu component). The redirect to the login page on logout used a URL taken from build configuration (NEXT_PUBLIC_LOGIN_URL) without validating the redirect destination. This may be used in phishing attacks, potentially resulting in unintended behavior or security impact under certain conditions. |
| Emissary is a P2P based data-driven workflow engine. Prior to 8.51.0, the VALID_LINK validation in src/main/java/emissary/server/mvc/NavAction.java accepts protocol-relative URLs when processing configured navigation links. Browser URL normalization can interpret these accepted strings as external origins. The authoritative advisory attributes open redirect, server-side request forgery, and cloud metadata access to this bypass, but it identifies neither the server-side dereference path nor how navigation-link processing reaches that path. This issue is fixed in version 8.51.0. |
| OpenEMR is a free and open source electronic health records and medical practice management application. Prior to 8.3.0, userSessionLogout() in src/RestControllers/AuthorizationController.php uses decodeToken() to process an id_token_hint without verifying its signature and, when the referenced trusted session is absent, redirects to the caller-supplied post_logout_redirect_uri before validating it against the client's registered redirect URIs. An unauthenticated attacker can craft a logout link that sends a user to an arbitrary external site and invalidates the user's session, enabling convincing phishing flows from the legitimate logout endpoint. The endpoint is reachable when the OpenEMR REST API is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 8.3.0. |
| reset_password.html parses query string parameters and uses the 'url' parameter as a redirection target (window.location = url) after password reset, optionally delayed by a 'delay' parameter. No validation or allowlisting is performed on url, enabling an attacker to redirect users to an arbitrary external site after completion of the password-reset workflow. |
| An Open Redirect vulnerability has been identified in OpenText™ Universal Discovery and CMDB. The vulnerability can be exploited only if an attacker sends a specially crafted URL containing a link to a malicious resource and a user subsequently follows that link.
Affected systems:
This issue affects only the classic deployment options for UCMDB UI (ucmdb-browser) component within Universal Discovery and CMDB and Operations Bridge Manager. Containerized deployment options are not affected. |
| go-chi chi 5.2.2 through 5.5.0 contains an open redirect vulnerability in the RedirectSlashes middleware that allows attackers to redirect victims to external hosts by embedding tab characters in request paths. Attackers can craft links with a URL-encoded tab, which browsers strip from the 301 Location header and resolve as a protocol-relative URL, bypassing the fix for CVE-2025-69725. |
| A flaw was found in Spacewalk, as used in Red Hat Network Satellite. This open redirect vulnerability allows remote attackers to redirect users to arbitrary web sites by manipulating a URL in the url_bounce parameter. This can enable attackers to conduct phishing attacks, potentially leading to unauthorized information disclosure or credential theft. |
| A flaw was found in Yelp. The Gnome user help application allows the help document to execute arbitrary scripts. This vulnerability allows malicious users to input help documents, which may exfiltrate user files to an external environment. |
| IBM Db2 Genius Hub 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.4, 1.1.5 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to conduct a phishing attack due to an open redirect vulnerability. |
| The Symfony HtmlSanitizer component MetaRefreshAttributeSanitizer, introduced to fix CVE-2026-48761, sanitizes the refresh URL of content attributes of meta tags using a regular expression that is too narrow, allowing sanitization to be bypassed, and resulting in potential URL redirection to untrusted sites in Symfony versions 6.1.x prior to 6.4.50, 7.x prior to 7.4.23, and 8.x prior to 8.1.11.
The shared declarative refresh steps in the WHATWG HTML Standard require a broader approach: the separator after the time may be ASCII whitespace alone, with no ; or ,, and the url= keyword is optional. Directives the browser honours, but the regular expression misses are returned unchanged, so the attacker URL skips UrlSanitizer entirely and both allowLinkSchemes and allowLinkHosts are defeated for the refresh navigation.
This is reachable under any configuration that allows meta with http-equiv and content, including the documented allowStaticElements() preset. |
| When logging in to a Matrix account, Thunderbird used the homeserver address provided in the server's login response without validating it. A malicious or compromised homeserver could provide a file: URL, causing Thunderbird to send all further Matrix requests of that session to local files or, on Windows, to an attacker-controlled network share, which could leak the user's NTLM credentials.
The NTLM credential leak only affects Thunderbird on Windows. Other operating systems are unaffected. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 159 and Thunderbird 153.6. |
| When looking for calendars in a directory on a server, during account setup or when adding a new network calendar, Thunderbird accepted calendar locations pointing to other servers, local files or network shares. A malicious server, or a network attacker when the lookup used plain HTTP, could make Thunderbird subscribe to such a location. On Windows this could leak the user's NTLM credentials to an attacker-controlled host on every calendar refresh, and changes to the calendar could be written to the attacker's share or overwrite a local file. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 159 and Thunderbird 153.6. |
| When a message containing an OpenPGP key attachment was displayed, Thunderbird automatically loaded the attachment's content to offer importing the key. A sender could mark the attachment as an external attachment pointing to an arbitrary URL, which Thunderbird then loaded without any user interaction, bypassing remote content blocking. On Windows, a URL pointing to an attacker-controlled network share could leak the user's NTLM credentials.
The NTLM credential leak only affects Thunderbird on Windows. On other operating systems, the issue allowed a remote request that bypassed remote content blocking. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 159 and Thunderbird 153.6. |
| Vulnerability in the Siebel CRM End User product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: Open UI). Supported versions that are affected are 17.0-26.9. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Siebel CRM End User. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Siebel CRM End User accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 4.3 (Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N). |
