| CVE-2026-76519 | 1 Cisco | 8 Asyncos, Secure Email, Secure Email Gateway C195 and 5 more | 2026-10-19 | 9.8 Critical |
| A vulnerability in the Advanced Malware Protection (AMP) feature of Cisco Secure Email Gateway could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to write arbitrary files on the underlying operating system. This vulnerability is due to improper handling of email attachments when the file reputation service is enabled. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending an email that contains a crafted attachment through an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to write arbitrary files and execute commands with root privileges on the underlying operating system. | ||||
| CVE-2026-76461 | 1 Cisco | 8 Asyncos, Secure Email, Secure Email Gateway C195 and 5 more | 2026-09-17 | 9.8 Critical |
| A vulnerability in the email parsing of Cisco AsyncOS Software for Cisco Secure Email Gateway could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands with root privileges on the underlying operating system. This vulnerability is due to insufficient validation in the email parsing logic. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted email message that contains malicious SQL statements through an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary SQL statements, leading to command execution with root privileges on the underlying operating system. | ||||
| CVE-2020-3122 | 1 Cisco | 13 Asyncos, Secure Email And Web Manager, Secure Email And Web Manager M170 and 10 more | 2025-07-31 | N/A |
| A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco AsyncOS for Cisco Content Security Management Appliance (SMA) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to obtain sensitive network information. | ||||
| CVE-2020-3548 | 1 Cisco | 2 Email Security Appliance, Secure Email | 2025-07-31 | 5.3 Medium |
| A vulnerability in the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol implementation of Cisco AsyncOS software for Cisco Email Security Appliance (ESA) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause high CPU usage on an affected device, resulting in a denial of service (DoS) condition. The vulnerability is due to inefficient processing of incoming TLS traffic. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a series of crafted TLS packets to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to trigger a prolonged state of high CPU utilization. The affected device would still be operative, but response time and overall performance may be degraded. There are no workarounds that address this vulnerability. | ||||
| CVE-2021-1561 | 1 Cisco | 1 Secure Email And Web Manager | 2024-11-21 | 5.4 Medium |
| A vulnerability in the spam quarantine feature of Cisco Secure Email and Web Manager, formerly Cisco Security Management Appliance (SMA), could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to gain unauthorized access and modify the spam quarantine settings of another user. This vulnerability exists because access to the spam quarantine feature is not properly restricted. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending malicious requests to an affected system. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to modify another user's spam quarantine settings, possibly disabling security controls or viewing email messages stored on the spam quarantine interfaces. | ||||
