CVSS v3.1 |
| Vikunja is an open-source self-hosted task management platform. Prior to 2.3.0, Vikunja's link share authentication (GetLinkShareFromClaims in pkg/models/link_sharing.go) constructs authorization objects entirely from JWT claims without any server-side database validation. When a project owner deletes a link share or downgrades its permissions, all previously issued JWTs continue to grant the original permission level for up to 72 hours (the default service.jwtttl). This vulnerability is fixed in 2.3.0. |
| Improper Restriction of XML External Entity Reference vulnerability in pixelgrade Category Icon category-icon allows XML Entity Linking.This issue affects Category Icon: from n/a through <= 1.0.3. |
| Off-by-one error in the MIME Multipart dissector in Wireshark (formerly Ethereal) 0.10.1 through 0.99.3 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via certain vectors that trigger an assertion error related to unexpected length values. |
| The XSL stylesheet implementation in WebKit in Apple Safari before 4.0, iPhone OS 1.0 through 2.2.1, and iPhone OS for iPod touch 1.1 through 2.2.1 does not properly handle XML external entities, which allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a crafted DTD, as demonstrated by a file:///etc/passwd URL in an entity declaration, related to an "XXE attack." |
| KsIRC 1.3.12 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via a long PRIVMSG string when connecting to an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) server, which causes an assertion failure and results in a NULL pointer dereference. NOTE: this issue was originally reported as a buffer overflow. |
| oftpd before 0.3.7 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (daemon abort) via a (1) LPRT or (2) LPASV command with an unsupported address family, which triggers an assertion failure. |
| OpenLDAP before 2.3.29 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (daemon crash) via LDAP BIND requests with long authcid names, which triggers an assertion failure. |
| The mac80211 subsystem in the Linux kernel before 2.6.32-rc8-next-20091201 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (panic) via a crafted Delete Block ACK (aka DELBA) packet, related to an erroneous "code shuffling patch." |
| Race condition in the mac80211 subsystem in the Linux kernel before 2.6.32-rc8-next-20091201 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (system crash) via a Delete Block ACK (aka DELBA) packet that triggers a certain state change in the absence of an aggregation session. |
| BC-BMT-BPM-DSK in SAP NetWeaver AS JAVA 7.5 allows remote authenticated users to conduct XML External Entity (XXE) attacks via the sap.com~tc~bpem~him~uwlconn~provider~web/bpemuwlconn URI, aka SAP Security Note 2296909. |
| An authorized user may trigger a server crash by running a $geoNear pipeline with certain invalid index hints. |
| CWE-611: Improper Restriction of XML External Entity Reference vulnerability exists that could cause unauthorized disclosure of local files, interaction within the EBO system, or denial of service conditions when a local user uploads a specially crafted TGML graphics file to the EBO server from Workstation. |
| A UNIX Symbolic Link (Symlink) Following vulnerability in the CLI of Juniper Networks Junos OS allows a local, authenticated attacker with low privileges to escalate their privileges to root which will lead to a complete compromise of the system.
When after a user has performed a specific 'file link ...' CLI operation, another user commits (unrelated configuration changes), the first user can login as root.
This issue affects Junos OS:
* all versions before 23.2R2-S7,
* 23.4 versions before 23.4R2-S6,
* 24.2 versions before 24.2R2-S3,
* 24.4 versions before 24.4R2-S2,
* 25.2 versions before 25.2R2.
This issue does not affect versions 25.4R1 or later. |
| When user logged out, the JWT token the user had authtenticated with was not invalidated, which could lead to reuse of that token in case it was intercepted. In Airflow 3.2 we implemented the mechanism that implements token invalidation at logout. Users who are concerned about the logout scenario and possibility of intercepting the tokens, should upgrade to Airflow 3.2+
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.2.0, which fixes this issue. |
| Chamilo LMS is a learning management system. Prior to 1.11.38 and 2.0.0-RC.3, multiple files use simplexml_load_string() without XXE protection. With LIBXML_NOENT flag, arbitrary server files can be read. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.11.38 and 2.0.0-RC.3. |
| A UNIX symbolic link (Symlink) following vulnerability in Fortinet FortiClientLinux 7.4.0 through 7.4.4, FortiClientLinux 7.2.2 through 7.2.12 may allow a local and unprivileged user to escalate their privileges to root. |
| BIND before 9.2.6-P1 and 9.3.x before 9.3.2-P1 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) via certain SIG queries, which cause an assertion failure when multiple RRsets are returned. |
| The Adobe Reader control in Adobe Reader and Acrobat 7.0 and 7.0.1 allows remote attackers to determine the existence of files via Javascript containing XML script, aka the "XML External Entity vulnerability." |
| Nix is a package manager for Linux and other Unix systems. A bug in the fix for CVE-2024-27297 allowed for arbitrary overwrites of files writable by the Nix process orchestrating the builds (typically the Nix daemon running as root in multi-user installations) by following symlinks during fixed-output derivation output registration. This affects sandboxed Linux builds - sandboxed macOS builds are unaffected. The location of the temporary output used for the output copy was located inside the build chroot. A symlink, pointing to an arbitrary location in the filesystem, could be created by the derivation builder at that path. During output registration, the Nix process (running in the host mount namespace) would follow that symlink and overwrite the destination with the derivation's output contents. In multi-user installations, this allows all users able to submit builds to the Nix daemon (allowed-users - defaulting to all users) to gain root privileges by modifying sensitive files. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.34.5, 2.33.4, 2.32.7, 2.31.4, 2.30.4, 2.29.3, and 2.28.6. |
| EquityPandit 1.0 contains an insecure logging vulnerability that allows attackers to capture sensitive user credentials by accessing developer console logs via Android Debug Bridge. Attackers can use adb logcat to extract plaintext passwords logged during the forgot password function, exposing user account credentials. |
