CVSS v3.1 |
| Missing authorization enforcement in RequestHandler.renderView in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to bypass the request-map authentication policy for protected views by supplying a crafted _LAST_VIEW_NAME_ value, which is stored as saved-view state in the anonymous session and later rendered without re-applying the original view's authentication requirement, potentially exposing protected views and associated business data. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
| An unauthenticated attacker can exploit temporary-file handling, access an open file descriptor, and inject a "file:" URI to cause OFBiz to load an attacker-controlled Screen definition.
This issue affects Apache OFBiz: before 24.09.08.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes the issue. |
| Incorrect Implementation of Authentication Algorithm in the password-reset and login JWT validation in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows an attacker who has obtained a user's password-reset token (via email interception, log exposure, or a man-in-the-middle on the mail transport) to authenticate as that user and obtain a full, unrestricted session, including administrative access if the targeted account is an administrator, by submitting the token directly to the login endpoint instead of the intended password-change flow. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
| Direct Request ('Forced Browsing') in the Order component in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows an authenticated user with only view access to the Order Manager to modify the shipment tracking number of any order via a direct request to the updateTrackingNumber endpoint. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
| Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in the content viewing component in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows an authenticated user with role-scoped content view permission to read the data of content they are not authorized to view via a ViewSimpleContent request that combines a contentId they can view with the dataResourceId of other content.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') in the Catalog image viewer in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows an unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the browser session of a logged-in back-office user via a crafted viewImage URL that the user opens from within the application.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
| Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in the Order Manager component in Apache OFBiz 24.09.07 on all platforms allows an authenticated user with only view-level order permissions to modify or create OrderPaymentPreference records belonging to orders outside their authorized scope via the updateOrderPaymentPreference service, by supplying an orderPaymentPreferenceId belonging to a different order.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
| Authentication bypass by Assumed-Immutable data vulnerability in Apache OFBiz.
Apache OFBiz's optional Janrain Engage Social Login integration in the ecommerce component improperly binds authenticated external identities to local user accounts.
This issue affects Apache OFBiz: before 24.09.08.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes the issue. |
| Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in the shopping list services in Apache OFBiz 24.09 before 24.09.08 on all platforms allows an authenticated low-privileged user, such as a self-registered ecommerce customer, to modify another party's shopping list or take ownership of it, and thereby read its contents, via a request to the shopping list update endpoint that supplies the other party's shopping list ID.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
| Missing check for ORDERMGR_UPDATE in ordermgr allows user with only ORDERMGR_VIEW permission to update orders.
Affected versions before : 24.09.08
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08 which fixes this issue. |
| Use of Hard-coded Cryptographic Key in JWT token authentication in Apache OFBiz 24.09.06 and 24.09.07 on all platforms allows an unauthenticated, network-reachable attacker to obtain full administrative access via a forged JWT signed with the factory-default security.token.key value that CVE-2026-31986 removed from newly generated configurations, on a deployment that upgraded from a release predating that fix while retaining its existing security.properties with security.internal.sso.enabled set to true. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08. Upgrading alone does not replace an already-configured key: deployments that carried framework/security/config/security.properties forward from a release predating the CVE-2026-31986 fix must also run './gradlew rotateSecretKeys' after upgrading, since the existing generateSecretKeys task leaves an already-set value untouched. |
| An uncontrolled memory access in the PDF export code of Apache OpenOffice versions through 4.1.16 allows a crafted CFF font to cause a stack overflow problem, causing program crash or memory corruption, or even running other code.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.1.17, which fixes this issue. |
| Denial of Service via OOM vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ, ActiveMQ Broker.
An authenticated OpenWire client that sends a ConsumerInfo for a temporary queue/topic owned by another connection is rejected with InvalidDestinationException, but the rejected Subscription is left behind in the region's subscriptions map. Repeating the request leaks broker heap until OOM because the broker does not clean up the rejected subscriptions in the map.
This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12; ActiveMQ Broker: from 6.0.0 before 6.3.3, before 5.19.12.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.4.0, 6.3.3, or 5.19.12, which fixes the issue. |
| Default startup profile miss security settings in Apache Kylin. Any deployment has security setting profile turned on does not impact.
This issue affects Apache Kylin: from 4.0.0 through 5.0.4.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 5.0.5, which fixes the issue. |
| An uncontrolled memory access in the WMF import code of Apache OpenOffice versions through 4.1.16 allows a crafted WMF file to cause an invalid memory access, causing program crash or memory corruption.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.1.17, which fixes this issue. |
| A manipulated document opened in Apache OpenOffice 4.1.16 or earlier may allow substituted content to be displayed manipulating the user. Such documents are corrupt and should not be opened.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.1.17, which fixes this issue. |
| Uncontrolled recursion in Apache ZooKeeper. The server serializes its data tree to a snapshot by recursing one stack frame per znode level, with no depth bound. A client permitted to create znodes (the default root ACL is open) can build a chain of nested znodes deep enough that taking a snapshot exhausts the JVM stack and kills the snapshot thread; sizes stay within jute.maxbuffer, so existing limits do not prevent it. This is a denial of service that becomes persistent: on restart the server rebuilds the deep tree from its transaction log and fails again while taking the startup snapshot, so it does not return to service, and recovery can entail data loss. The same log affects a leader and its followers, so it can spread across an ensemble.
This issue affects Apache ZooKeeper 3.8.0 through 3.8.7 and 3.9.0 through 3.9.6. Users are recommended to upgrade to 3.8.8 or 3.9.7, which fix the issue. As a workaround, use ACLs and authentication to restrict znode creation rather than relying on the default open root ACL. |
| Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling in the multiRead request handler of Apache ZooKeeper allows a remote attacker to crash the server (denial of service) with a single small request.
The multiRead handler places no limit on the number of bundled read operations or on the cumulative size of the response it builds in memory. Because each operation's result is fully materialized and retained before serialization, a request that is small on the wire — within the jute.maxbuffer limit — but that references a large znode many times can force the server to allocate far more heap than the request size implies, exhausting the JVM heap and terminating the server with an OutOfMemoryError. Neither jute.maxbuffer nor largeRequestMaxBytes prevents this, as both bound only the inbound request, not the response.
This issue affects Apache ZooKeeper from 3.7.0 through 3.9.6. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.9.7, which enforces configurable limits on the multiRead operation count and cumulative response size. |
| Improper handling of exceptional conditions in the quota subsystem of Apache ZooKeeper allows an attacker able to write under the /zookeeper/quota subtree — unauthenticated on default deployments, where that subtree is world-writable — to crash the server's critical request-processing thread and render the on-disk data directory permanently unbootable.
This issue affects Apache ZooKeeper up to and including 3.9.6. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.8.8 or 3.9.7, which fixes the issue. |
| Improper Authorization vulnerability in Apache ZooKeeper.
When SASL authentication is enabled on the client port, the server's SASL callback handler grants every authorization identity (authzid) that a client requests, without checking it against the principal the client authenticated as. The server then tries to replace the requested identity with a canonical form of the authenticated principal, derived from the zookeeper.security.auth_to_local rules. If no rule applies to the principal, canonicalization fails and the error is only logged. The client-requested authzid then becomes the session's SASL identity for all ACL checks.
An authenticated client whose principal is not covered by the auth_to_local rules can therefore claim any SASL identity. With the default rules, this includes any Kerberos principal from a realm other than the server's default realm, such as a principal from a cross-realm trusted realm. The client then gets the permissions granted to that identity in sasl ACLs. If the requested identity matches a configured zookeeper.superUser, it gets superuser access to the whole data tree.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.8.8 or 3.9.7, which fixes the issue. |
