| OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library. Before version 0.57.44, its local /ws/dictation WebSocket endpoint lacks client authentication and browser-origin validation. An unauthenticated client, including a malicious web page able to reach the endpoint, can submit audio and trigger resource-intensive speech-to-text processing. Earlier affected versions also accumulate audio in an unbounded buffer, allowing continuous streaming to exhaust process memory. These conditions can degrade performance, exhaust resources, or crash the application. This issue is fixed in version 0.57.44. |
| OpenHuman is an open-source agent harness available as a desktop application and Rust library. Before 0.56.0, the core server protects HTTP POST requests to /rpc with bearer middleware but exposes Socket.IO rpc:request and chat:start handlers without equivalent transport or handler-level authentication. A local unauthenticated client can connect to the Socket.IO namespace and dispatch requests through the same protected controller path that rejects a missing bearer on /rpc. Depending on the selected method, the attacker can read configuration or health data, start agent flows, interact with integrated account APIs, alter local data, or stop and restart services. This issue is fixed in version 0.56.0. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in OpenBMB Internet of Agents up to 9d78e88e47160eb42ee1ee8538c05e1c2c47877a. This affects the function ConnectionManager.connect of the file im_server/app.py of the component WebSocket Connection Manager. The manipulation of the argument agent_name results in missing authentication. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. This product takes the approach of rolling releases to provide continious delivery. Therefore, version details for affected and updated releases are not available. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |

| A flaw was found in the clevis PKCS#11 pin. The clevis-pkcs11-afunix-socket-unlock daemon creates AF_UNIX sockets without explicit permission restrictions or peer credential verification. Under a permissive process umask, any local user can connect to the control socket and inject arbitrary device/key pairs, or connect to the data socket to receive LUKS passphrases. |
| Network-AI from 5.14.0 before 5.15.5 contains a missing authentication vulnerability in the A2AServer class that allows unauthenticated attackers to access task operations when no secret is configured. Attackers can send JSON-RPC requests to tasks/send, tasks/get, and tasks/cancel without a Bearer token to execute tasks, read results, and cancel tasks. |
| Incorrect default value in the REST API framework's .rest.xml definition parser (ModelApiReader) in Apache OFBiz through 24.09.07 on all platforms allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to invoke a REST API operation without providing valid credentials via a .rest.xml resource or operation definition that omits the auth attribute, which ModelApiReader incorrectly resolves to false instead of the true default declared by rest-api.xsd.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 24.09.08, which fixes this issue. |
| A flaw was found in systems utilizing LUKS-encrypted disks with GRUB configured for TPM-based auto-decryption. When GRUB is set to automatically decrypt disks using keys stored in the TPM, it reads the decryption key into system memory. If an attacker with physical access can corrupt the underlying filesystem superblock, GRUB will fail to locate a valid filesystem and enter rescue mode. At this point, the disk is already decrypted, and the decryption key remains loaded in system memory. This scenario may allow an attacker with physical access to access the unencrypted data without any further authentication, thereby compromising data confidentiality. Furthermore, the ability to force this state through filesystem corruption also presents a data integrity concern. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Solaris product of Oracle Systems (component: Utility). The supported version that is affected is 11.4. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via TCP to compromise Oracle Solaris. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Solaris. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 9.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H). |
| Vulnerability in the Siebel CRM End User product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: Communications Panel/Dashboard). Supported versions that are affected are 17.0-26.9. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Siebel CRM End User. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Siebel CRM End User accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Siebel CRM End User accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.2 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:L/A:N). |
| TAKO AI Agent for Okta is a local-first AI agent that helps Okta administrators query tenant data using natural language. Prior to 3.0.1-beta, `POST /api/auth/setup` in `src/api/routers/auth.py` allows an unauthenticated network attacker to create the first administrator account before the legitimate owner completes initial setup. The `initial_setup` function checks only the `is_setup` completion flag and requires no authentication, one-time bootstrap token, or network restriction. The default `docker-compose.yml` publishes port 8001 on all interfaces, the `Dockerfile` starts the listener on 0.0.0.0, and `src/api/main.py` mounts the authentication router without a global authentication guard. The endpoint invokes `create_auth_user` with `UserRole.ADMIN` and `set_auth_cookie`, issuing a valid `fctr_session` JWT cookie. Localhost-only CORS rules do not restrict non-browser HTTP clients, and the setup operation does not require access to a real Okta tenant. The attacker becomes the sole administrator and prevents legitimate first-run setup, can read Okta-synced user data, API tokens, chat history, and application configuration, modify users and Okta integration credentials, and lock out administrators or disable the service. Already completed setup is rejected. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.1-beta. |
| A flaw was found in FreeIPA. The self-managed OTP token ACI does not require authentication and does not restrict which attributes may be added alongside the token entry. An unauthenticated LDAP client can exploit this, combined with a related flaw in the underlying directory server's ACI evaluation (tracked separately), to create an arbitrary attacker-controlled Kerberos principal and have it added to the administrators group. This allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to obtain genuine FreeIPA administrator-group membership and perform administrative operations against the directory and, on SID-enabled deployments, other IdM services. |
| DeepSeek Harness prior to 0.1.2-alpha.2, and specifically commit 3e24087, contains a missing authentication vulnerability in its web profile HTTP and WebSocket RPC control plane, allowing any local process, including those running as a different OS user, to reach unauthenticated session methods such as session.create and session.prompt. Attackers can invoke session.prompt to trigger the agent's bash and filesystem tools, achieve arbitrary command execution as the victim user using their configured model credentials, intercept live session traffic and logs over the event mux stream, and bypass human tool-approval checks via POST /api/respond by matching only rpcId, approvalId, and sessionId values broadcast over the ungated stream. |
| A missing authentication vulnerability in Fireware OS's FireCluster state synchronization feature allows an unauthenticated attacker positioned on the cluster synchronization network segment to force premature VPN tunnel termination by sending crafted cluster synchronization traffic. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in SIMATIC IoT2050 Advanced (6ES7647-0BA00-1YA2) (All versions < V4.3.4-1 running Industrial OS with Node-RED installed), SIMATIC IoT2050 Basic (6ES7647-0BA00-0YA2) (All versions < V4.3.4-1 running Industrial OS with Node-RED installed), SIMATIC IoT2050 M.2 (6ES7647-0BB00-1YA2) (All versions < V4.3.4-1 running Industrial OS with Node-RED installed), SIMATIC IoT2050 SM (6ES7647-0CA00-1AA2) (All versions < V4.3.4-1 running Industrial OS with Node-RED installed). Affected devices do not enforce authentication on the Node-RED HTTP interface, allowing unauthenticated access to programming nodes that are capable of executing system commands on the server.
This could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to create malicious flows through the HTTP interface in order to execute arbitrary code on the underlying server with maximum privileges. |
| A Missing Authentication for Critical Function vulnerability in WatchGuard AuthPoint Gateway allows a remote unauthenticated attacker with network access to the AuthPoint Gateway host to disrupt authentication services and delete the local directory synchronization configuration. |
| A flaw has been found in Linksys E5350 1.0.00.037. This impacts the function save_settings of the file /wizard/apply.cgi of the component Setup Wizard. Executing a manipulation of the argument wizard_router_pwd can lead to missing authentication. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
