CVSS v3.1 |
| The All-in-One Video Gallery – Video Player & Galleries for YouTube, Vimeo & Self-Hosted Videos plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'custom_fields[].value.label (for key='track')' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.0.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires the site's Player Library option to be configured as Plyr/Vidstack (aiovg_player_settings[player]='vidstack') rather than the Video.js default, as the DOM innerHTML sink exists only in the Plyr/Vidstack template path. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in WPMU DEV Forminator forminator allows Stored XSS.This issue affects Forminator: from n/a through 1.58.3. |
| Apache Wicket reads texts from the application's resource bundles — a localized label, a css class name — and writes some of them into the JavaScript and the markup it generates for a component. Those texts are placed inside single-quoted JavaScript string literals and inside quoted attribute values without being escaped for that context, so a text containing a quote ends the literal or the attribute, and what follows is parsed as script or as markup in the application's origin when the page loads.
A resource bundle entry is authored for the application and does not say where the framework will write it. The same key is read by the framework into element text, where Wicket escapes it, and into the contexts below, where it did not. A text containing an apostrophe, which is ordinary in several languages, is enough to break the page; a text under the influence of another party is enough to run script.
In org.apache.wicket:wicket-core, org.apache.wicket.markup.html.form.upload.MultiFileUploadField writes the org.apache.wicket.mfu.delete message into a JavaScript string literal, and org.apache.wicket.markup.html.form.Form writes the hidden-fields css class into the class attribute of the container it renders for its hidden fields; on 8.0.0 through 8.19.0 and 9.0.0 through 9.24.0 Form#appendDefaultButtonField writes the same css class into a second container. In org.apache.wicket:wicket-extensions, UploadProgressBar writes its UploadProgressBar.starting text into a JavaScript string literal, FilterForm writes the hidden-fields css class into the class attribute of its hidden input markup, and on 9.0.0 through 9.24.0 and 10.0.0 through 10.11.0 TrapFocusBehavior writes its current css class into a JavaScript string literal.
The Content-Security-Policy that Apache Wicket 9.x and 10.x send by default does not prevent the JavaScript cases: the generated script is written into a script element carrying the per-response nonce, so the injected code is part of a script the policy admits. It does prevent an inline event handler injected through the attribute cases.
This issue affects Apache Wicket: from 8.0.0 through 8.19.0, from 9.0.0 through 9.24.0, from 10.0.0 through 10.11.0. Users of Apache Wicket 7.x or older, which are no longer supported, should upgrade to a supported version. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 8.20.0, 9.25.0 or 10.12.0, which fix the issue. |
| The MDTF – Meta Data and Taxonomies Filter plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'vars' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This requires that a published page or post on the target site contains the [meta_data_filter_results] shortcode, which is the primary output feature of the plugin. |
| The Graphina – Charts and Graphs For Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'iq_tree_chart_node_font_family (and any text control serialized into chart_data['settings'])' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.13 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Elementor's Utils::kses_post_deep() does not strip the attack payload on save because the payload contains no disallowed HTML tags — only a single quote and an event-handler fragment — allowing the malicious value to survive persistence. |
| Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Elementor Elementor Website Builder elementor allows Code Injection. This issue affects Elementor Website Builder: from n/a through 4.3.5. |
| The BuddyForms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'bf_post_type (and buddyforms_form_content)' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.10.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires that at least one BuddyForms form with public submissions enabled exists on the site (so that the required nonce can be harvested from the public form page) and that the active theme registers a widgetized sidebar, allowing the injected customize_changeset to place a malicious Custom HTML widget into the site's front end. |
| The FV Flowplayer Video Player WordPress plugin before 7.5.56.7212 does not sanitize and escape a user-supplied value before outputting it in a page, which could allow users with the Contributor role and above to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute when a higher-privileged user views the affected page. |
| The Easy Social Icons WordPress plugin before 4.0.3 does not sanitise and escape some of its settings before outputting them on front-end pages, which could allow high-privilege users such as Administrators to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks when the unfiltered_html capability is disallowed, for example on a multisite network. |
| Usermin through 2.570 contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability in mailbox/detach.cgi that allows remote attackers to execute script by supplying an arbitrary type parameter that bypasses JavaScript filtering. Attackers can email an HTML attachment containing script and lure recipients to a detach.cgi link with type=text/html to run script in the victim's authenticated Usermin session. |
| The Cloud Blocks WordPress plugin through 1.1.8 does not perform any authorisation or sanitisation when storing block asset URLs, allowing unauthenticated users to store malicious scripts that are executed in the browser of any privileged user, such as an administrator, who opens the block editor. |
| Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in Sisense BloX widgets, in all versions, both on Sisense Cloud and in self-hosted deployments, allows an authenticated user with the Designer or Administrator role to execute JavaScript code in the browser of another user who opens the dashboard, via HTML or JavaScript code inserted into BloX widget fields, such as ‘desc’ and ‘text’. |
| A flaw was found in the mod_proxy_cluster in the Apache server. This issue may allow a malicious user to add a script in the 'alias' parameter in the URL to trigger the stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. By adding a script on the alias parameter on the URL, it adds a new virtual host and adds the script to the cluster-manager page. |
| In JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA before 2026.3 dOM-based XSS in the OpenAPI preview error view was possible |
| The HTML report that plist-to-html, CodeChecker parse --export html and CodeChecker cmd diff --output html generate puts the report message, the checker name and the source file path into a script block through json.dumps. json.dumps does not escape the less-than character, so a closing script tag in any of those three fields ends the script element and what follows is parsed as HTML.
The input author is whoever controls the analysed tree or a third-party result file that report-converter ingests, or who holds PRODUCT_STORE in the cmd diff flow. The viewer is somebody else: docs/jenkins_gerrit_integration.md documents writing the report into Jenkins userContent and posting its URL into a Gerrit review. One caveat worth stating up front is that Jenkins serves userContent under a restrictive CSP that would block an inline handler, so that destination is probably safe as configured. The generated report sets no CSP of its own, so the impact lands wherever it is published without one. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in armeria versions 0.80.0 through 1.42.0, where attackers who control file names can cause stored cross-site scripting (XSS) when directory listing is enabled and a user views the listing. |
| A flaw was found in the Quarkus Qute template engine. When the {#eval} section helper processes a sub-template, it fails to pass the parent template's content type information. This bypasses standard escaping mechanisms, allowing untrusted data to be output as raw, unescaped text. This vulnerability can lead to Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) and JSON Injection, potentially allowing a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code in a user's browser or manipulate data. |
| Joomla Extension - balbooa.com - Stored XSS in reviews via inconsistent sanitization in Gridbox < 2.20.5.0 |
| Joomla Extension - balbooa.com - Unauthenticated stored XSS in the "Recent Comments / Recent Reviews" widget in Gridbox < 2.20.5.0 |
| Jenkins 2.587 and earlier, LTS 2.580.1 and earlier does not restrict item types in collections after deserialization, allowing attackers with access to POST config.xml API endpoints to submit crafted `config.xml` files that can lead to, e.g., stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. |
