CVSS v3.1 |
Chartbrew is an open-source web application that can connect directly to databases and APIs and use the data to create charts. Prior to 5.2.3, a date-typed MongoDB variable placed inside a quoted query placeholder was inserted as an unescaped string, unlike the safely escaped or coerced string, number, and Boolean branches. The vulnerable surface is mongoDB-backed public, shareable, or embedded charts processed by date-variable substitution. An unauthenticated user supplies a crafted URL filter to a public, shareable, or embedded MongoDB chart whose query places a date-typed variable in a quoted literal. The crafted date value breaks out of the quoted literal and changes query logic; the chart's returned row count becomes a Boolean oracle for character-by-character field extraction. The chart must be externally reachable and use the vulnerable date-in-quoted-placeholder branch. Extraction is read-only and limited to one queried collection per request, and it requires neither an account nor a known field value. The blind oracle can disclose any field in the queried collection, including secrets the chart does not display. This issue is fixed in version 5.2.3.
Remote Code Execution in the `IModular.exe` URI handler in INFINITT Healthcare Co., Ltd. INFINITT PACS allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to invoke unintended application functionality and potentially execute arbitrary code via a crafted `imodular:// URI` containing attacker-controlled command and argument parameters.
A vulnerability was detected in OpenBMB Internet of Agents up to 9d78e88e47160eb42ee1ee8538c05e1c2c47877a. This affects the function _primary_field_query of the file common/utils/milvus_utils.py of the component Agent Registry. The manipulation of the argument key results in improper neutralization of special elements in data query logic. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. This product operates on a rolling release basis, ensuring continuous delivery. Consequently, there are no version details for either affected or updated releases. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
JupyterLab Desktop is the cross-platform desktop application for JupyterLab. Prior to 4.6.2-1, JupyterLab Desktop for macOS shipped with Electron's RunAsNode fuse enabled, allowing ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE to execute arbitrary Node.js code in the application process. An attacker who can already execute code as the current user can therefore run code in JupyterLab Desktop's context and inherit TCC permissions previously granted to the application, including access to protected Documents, Desktop, or Downloads folders without another macOS prompt. Exploitation requires existing local code execution and prior TCC grants; it does not provide initial or remote code execution. Windows and Linux are not affected. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.6.2-1.
JupyterLab Desktop is the cross-platform desktop application for JupyterLab. Prior to 4.6.2-1, remote-server URLs were inserted into the server-selection dialog and Welcome view without safe encoding. An attacker who convinces a user to submit a crafted URL can execute JavaScript in the Welcome renderer and abuse its privileged IPC bridge to execute arbitrary code with the user’s privileges. The Welcome view also unsafely renders RSS news-feed titles; exploitation through this separate input path requires control over content delivered through the application’s Jupyter Blog feed or its cached feed data, rather than submission of a remote-server URL. This issue affects all supported platforms and is fixed in version 4.6.2-1.
Elo is a purely functional expression language for no-code tools. Prior to 1.0.1, Elo's programmatic AST API accepts arbitrary values from JSON-deserialized input, plugin output, or other untyped sources and interpolates them into generated JavaScript, Ruby, Python, or SQL without runtime syntax validation. The affected fields are int_literal / float_literal .value, variable.name, member_access.property, object_literal keys, datapath segments, lambda.params[].name, and the SQL let binding name. Crafted values become executable expressions or identifiers, allowing arbitrary code execution in JavaScript, Ruby, and Python targets and SQL injection in the SQL target. This programmatic AST-object path is distinct from the plain-string constructor-chain sandbox escape. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.1.
Elo is a purely functional expression language for no-code tools. Prior to 1.0.1, the Ruby backend in src/compilers/ruby.ts embeds attacker-controlled text in Ruby double-quoted strings without escaping #, so Ruby interpolation forms in the string-literal emitter or the labelled subtype-constraint branch become executable Ruby. The affected entry points include the /try playground with the Ruby target, bin/eloc -t ruby -x, and defaultFormats.elo.parse() followed by Ruby emission. A failing labelled subtype constraint evaluates its message, while an ordinary string literal is evaluated when the compiled Ruby runs, allowing Ruby code and shell command execution through backticks. JavaScript, Python, and SQL emission are not affected by this Ruby-specific path. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.1.
Elo is a purely functional expression language for no-code tools. Prior to 1.0.1, plain Elo strings supplied to defaultFormats.elo.parse(), bin/elo, or elo-lang.org/try can use .constructor.constructor to reach JavaScript Function because the member_access handler in src/transform.ts does not reject meta-properties, src/compilers/javascript.ts emits the surviving property directly, and src/parser.ts accepts constructor as an ordinary identifier. The resulting generated JavaScript executes attacker-selected code in the host runtime. This permits browser script execution and session compromise on the auto-running playground and arbitrary Node.js code execution on library, CI, or DevOps hosts. This plain-string path is distinct from the programmatic AST-object injection issue. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.1.
A permissive cross-domain policy vulnerability has been identified in the SonicOS management interface, which in specific conditions could potentially enable a remote unauthenticated attacker to perform unauthorized operations.
A flaw was found in the GTK library. Under certain conditions, it is possible for a library to be injected into a GTK application from the current working directory.
In WhatsUp Gold versions released before 2026.0.2, an unauthenticated remote attacker with network access to the affected service can execute arbitrary code in the context of the IIS application service account.
A flaw was found in GLib. A denial of service on Windows platforms may occur if an application attempts to spawn a program using long command lines.
A flaw was found in RESTEasy's CorsFilter, which, when configured to allow all origins ("*"), reflects the request's Origin header back in the Access-Control-Allow-Origin response together with Access-Control-Allow-Credentials: true. This permissive cross-origin policy allows a malicious website to make credentialed cross-origin requests and read authenticated responses from a victim's session, resulting in a loss of confidentiality.
h5io before 0.2.6 contains a code injection vulnerability in read_hdf5() that allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by supplying a crafted HDF5 file. Attackers can store Python code in a node titled timezone, which _triage_read() passes to eval() with builtins reachable, name an arbitrary module in class or custom-object nodes that _import_class() imports, or place pickled objects in pd_dataframe or pd_series nodes that pandas deserializes on read.
Authentication bypass in the HA heartbeat origin check in middlewared in TrueNAS SCALE before 25.10.8 (and in release trains before their respective fixes) allows an attacker on the same network segment to achieve unauthenticated full-administrator API access and execute commands as root. middlewared registers the HA peer-authentication hook (ha_permission) unconditionally, with no failover-licence or heartbeat-interface check. An unauthenticated connection whose TCP peer address is a hardcoded HA heartbeat address (169.254.10.1 or 169.254.10.2) and whose peer port is <= 1024 is granted a node credential that is authorized for every API method and treated as full administrator. Both conditions are properties of the attacker's own socket, and thus an attacker on the same layer-2 segment satisfies them without forging anything. The hook is present on non-HA, unlicensed, single-node Community Edition installations. The fix additionally requires that the connection terminate on the HA heartbeat listener (a local address/port the attacker cannot control).
A flaw has been found in OpenBMB Internet of Agents up to 9d78e88e47160eb42ee1ee8538c05e1c2c47877a. This affects the function execute_code of the file im_client/agents/tools/code_executor.py of the component Code Executor Tool. This manipulation of the argument filename/lang causes code injection. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. Continious delivery with rolling releases is used by this product. Therefore, no version details of affected nor updated releases are available. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
Openwhyd before 1.65.1 contains a NoSQL injection vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to manipulate user lookups by passing JSON objects in the id parameter. Attackers can send MongoDB query operators such as $ne or $gt to POST /api/user to select and enumerate other users' public profile records.
The Static Snapshot WordPress plugin through 0.2.1 does not sanitise shell metacharacters in a user-supplied value before concatenating it into operating-system commands run by the server, allowing unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary commands on the host.
The The AMP for WP – Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.18. This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to execute arbitrary shortcodes. The vulnerable output block is gated by the 'ampforwp-cat-description' setting, which is enabled by default, meaning the vast majority of installations are affected without any additional configuration change.
The Product Feed Manager for WooCommerce – CTX Feed – Support 220+ Shopping, AI & Social Channels plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Code Injection in all versions up to, and including, 8.0.26. This is due to insufficient sanitization of the `feedConfigCustom2` parameter — only `wp_unslash()` is applied before the value is stored verbatim via `update_option()`, and during feed generation the `Custom2Template::evaluate_return()` method passes the stored `{(return ...)}` template expressions directly to PHP's `eval()` function without any code-level sanitization. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Shop Manager-level access and above, to inject and execute arbitrary PHP code on the server, escalating their privileges beyond what the role normally permits to full remote code execution and site takeover. The `ctxfeed_custom2_eval_enabled` option defaults to `true`, meaning no additional administrator configuration is required for this attack path to be exploitable out of the box.
